HH the Amir of Qatar Meets King of the United Kingdom

Dubai, December 01 (QNA) - HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met today HM King Charles III of the United Kingdom, on the sidelines of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28), which was held on Friday in Expo City Dubai of the sisterly United Arab Emirates. The meeting dealt with discussing the friendship and cooperation relations between the two friendly countries and peoples, as well as the means to enhance them. The meeting also dealt with exchanging views on the most prominent issues on the summit's agenda, in addition to a number of developments of joint interest. The meeting was attended by HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, and a number of Their Excellencies members of the official delegation accompanying HH the Amir, while on the UK side it was attended by a number of Their Excellencies senior officials.
