Daewoo Capital to list shares on bourse

SEOUL, June 23 (Yonhap) -- The South Korean installment and lease financing
company Daewoo Capital Co. will start trading its shares on the local bourse this
week, the stock market operator said Tuesday.
The financial company will trade 57.2 million shares on the nation's main bourse
starting Thursday, the Korea Exchange (KRX) said in a statement.
Shares are expected to sell at 90-200 percent of the offering price of 8,000 won
(US$6.22), according to the KRX.
Aju Group is the main shareholder of Daewoo Capital, which has 4.6 trillion won
in total assets with a net profit of 26.6 billion won in 2008, the KRX said.
