Kazakhstan Police celebrates its 17th anniversary

Astana, June 24, 2009 (Khabar) - Kazakhstan Police has celebrated their professional holiday as the law on law enforcement bodies was passed 17 years ago and the President declared this day as a holiday. The Astana police department has shown good results ahead of the date as the number of crimes decreased by 10% while the solution of crimes went up by 5%. Now, the Astana police are having a hot period as their activity will have a direct influence on the celebration of the 11th anniversary of the capital city. In order to make every Astana resident feel comfortable, a rapid response team headed by the Astana police chief, has already been formed in the city.
