The Council Of Arab Youth Ministers Chooses Baghdad As The Capital Of Sports Culture

Baghdad /NINA/ -The Council of Arab Youth Ministers chose Baghdad as the capital of sports culture.

A statement by the Ministry of Youth and Sports said: “The work of the Board of Directors of the Youth and Sports Activities Fund, and the work of the Executive Office (70) of the Council of Arab Youth Ministers, as well as the meetings of the Council of Arab Youth and Sports Ministers (47) are continuing in Cairo. The head of the Iraqi delegation, Minister of Youth and Sports, Ahmed Al-Mubarqa’, presented a project that includes "Iraq's hosting the meetings of the Council of Arab Youth and Sports Ministers, its executive office, and its supporting committees for the year 2025, after an absence of more than 30 years.”

The statement added: “It was voted and approved to choose Baghdad as the capital of sports culture for the year 2025, as there will be an appropriate agenda, especially for the occasion, of programs and activities for a whole year, to celebrate Baghdad as the capital of sports culture.”/End
