Construction of Army-People Power Stations Hastened in Kangwon Province

Pyongyang, April 22 (KCNA) -- Officials and working people of Kangwon Province in the DPRK are stepping up the construction of army-people power stations in the counties Kosong and Hoeyang.
Thanks to their devoted efforts, the construction of the power stations has surpassed 90 percent of the total projects.
Builders of the Kosong Army-People Power Station have actively introduced technical inventions and innovations for ensuring the promptness of a huge project for installing the pressure iron pipe conduit and applyed advanced construction methods to save materials to the maximum, thus providing a guarantee for completing the construction of the power station ahead of schedule.
Builders of the Hoeyang Army-People Power Station are pushing ahead with the construction of spillway dam and  generator assembling, while giving priority to the mucking and the supply of equipment and materials.
Builders of the Kosong and Hoeyang army-people power stations are pushing forward the work for paving the roads and planting trees. -0-
