Moving into New Houses Continues in DPRK

Pyongyang, April 29 (KCNA) -- Proud entities of the Korean-style of rural civilization, fairyland villages have appeared one after another in different parts of the country, bringing joy to the agricultural workers. New dwelling houses were built at the Jangsuwon Farm of the Pyongyang Municipal Rural Economy Committee.
The modern houses, built as scenery showing the brilliant development of the socialist modern countryside in a suburb of the capital city, are home of happiness provided by the motherly Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) which set the housing construction, most favoured by the people, as a primary major policy task and has made a new history of rural development.
A ceremony for moving into those houses took place on April 28.
Present there were Choe Hak Chol, secretary of the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the WPK, and officials of Party and power organs, builders and agricultural workers in Samsok District.
Ri Thae Myong, vice-chairman of the Pyongyang Municipal People's Committee, made a congratulatory speech.
The licenses for the use of new houses were conveyed at the ceremony and speeches were made.
Then, a dancing party was given and officials visited the new owners of modern houses and gave them daily necessities, sharing joy with them. -0-
