Ceremony of Opening Vocational Technology College for Disabled Persons Held in DPRK

Pyongyang, May 3 (KCNA) -- There took place on May 2 a ceremony for opening the 12th-term of the Vocational Technology College for Disabled Persons under the Central Committee of the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled.
Present there were Yun Chang Il, chairman of the C.C., Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled, and teaching staff, new students and parents.
