Spring Commodity Exhibition Opens in DPRK

 Pyongyang, May 4 (KCNA) -- The 2024 Spring Commodity Exhibition in the Pyongyang Underground Shop opened under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Commerce.
On display there are more than 740 000 goods of at least 1 900 kinds produced in Pyongyang and each province.
The Jangjasan General Foodstuff Factory, the Sinpho City Foodstuff Factory, the Unphasan Bag Branch Factory in Phyongsong, and other units displayed their quality foodstuffs, bags and shoes.
Also on show are various kinds of special products of some units, including wild honey, bee glue and processed marine products.
Present at the opening ceremony on May 3 were Minister of Commerce Kwak Jong Jun, officials concerned, and officials and workers from commerce and production units in Pyongyang and all provinces. -0-
