President al-Assad discusses with King of Bahrain means of boosting inter-Arab relations

Manama, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad on Thursday met his Highness, King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, on the sidelines of the Arab Summit being held in Manama. 

Talks during the meeting dealt with best means to boost inter-Arab relations in the interests of their people and their aspirations. 

The two leaders discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and enhancing them in all domains. 

President al-Assad hailed the great efforts exerted by Kingdom of Bahrain in preparation for the 33rd Arab Summit to make it a success and fortify the Arab-Arab ties. 

In turn, King of Bahrain stressed his country’s commitment to Syria for the restoration of its stability and strength.
