Youth League Officials and Schoolchildren Visit Revolutionary Sites

Pyongyang, July 23 (KCNA) -- A large number of people in the DPRK have visited the Yuphyong and Changgol revolutionary sites associated with the immortal exploits of President Kim Il Sung who led the great Fatherland Liberation War to victory on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of the victory in the war.
The sites are historic places where the President instilled faith in sure victory into the commanding officers and soldiers of the Korean People's Army, unfolded an operational plan for wiping out the aggressors by a counter-offensive on all fronts and acquainted himself in detail with the wartime farming conditions of the peasants in the village and showed warm loving care for them.
Looking round the revolutionary sites in June Juche 102 (2013), the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un gave precious instructions to glorify for all ages the brilliant victory in the Fatherland Liberation War achieved by the outstanding military idea and wise leadership of the President and the fighting spirit displayed by the army and people of the DPRK in the 1950s.
Youth league officials from North Phyongan Province, Pyokdong, Tongchang and Changsong counties and schoolchildren from Amnokgang Secondary School No. 1, Sinuiju School of Arts, Sinuiju Secondary School No. 1 and Sinuiju Foreign Languages School visited the Yuphyong and Changgol revolutionary sites on the occasion of the V-Day. -0-
