Innovative Successes Made at Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex of DPRK

 Pyongyang, July 24 (KCNA) -- The Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex in the DPRK finished the construction of an energy-saving oxygen heat blast furnace in a short span of time and is stepping up the preparations for its general test operation and the project for installing an oxygen separator with the capacity of 15 000 cubic meters per hour at the final stage.
Various units of the complex introduced rational construction methods to successfully ensure the systematic trial operation.
Signal progress has been also made in the project for installing the oxygen separator. Workers and technicians are now pushing ahead with the project at the final stage. -0-
