At a meeting at VNA headquarters on August 20, General Director Vu Viet Trang expressed satisfaction with the outcomes of the 17th Joint Technical Committee meeting between the two agencies, and reaffirmed VNA's commitment to information exchanges.
She highlighted VNA's recent efforts in policy communication, digital transformation, and bringing Vietnamese news to global audiences. In this regard, VNA hopes to seek continued support from PRD, she added.
PRD General Director Sudruetai Lertkasem expressed a desire to further strengthen ties with VNA, focusing on timely news exchange and cooperation in fighting fake news.
