Drive for Increased Cement Production Launched in DPRK

 Pyongyang, September 22 (KCNA) -- The Sunchon Cement Complex in the DPRK launched a drive for increased production.
Its officials and workers set a detailed readjustment and reinforcement goal for increased cement production this year and, on this basis, have made good results in production.
They conducted the repair of air separators in a responsible manner and boosted the grinding capacity to increase the production of raw materials per hour.
The workers of the calcinating shop have put spurs to production while considerably increasing the operation time of kilns.
The cement shop is producing hundreds of more tons of cement than planned every day through meticulous equipment management and technical control.
Officials and workers of the Sunchon Limestone Mine and other mines under the complex secured a large amount of raw materials by increasing the operation rate of mining equipment and vehicles. -0-
