Kabar News Agency, Mir ITRC sign memorandum on co-op
Kyrgyz National Kabar News Agency and Mir International Television and Radio Company concluded an agreement. The memorandum on cooperation was signed by Director of Kabar News Agency Mederbek Shermetaliev and Deputy Director General of the Mir International Television and Radio Company Vladimir Kazarezov.
Mederbek Shermetaliev noted that since its foundation Mir channel has done a great job to form a bridge of friendship between the peoples of the post-Soviet space.
“I would like to note that today the materials of Mir International Television and Radio Company represent a benchmark of professional ethics, self-expression, morality, and maturity in covering events of importance in our information space. And I wish you and your team success in creating important content, without ceasing to continue to delight the CIS TV viewers. I am sure that today's historic day will serve in the future to bring our peoples closer and to make interethnic relations even stronger,” he said.
In turn, Vladimir Kazarezov noted that only a month ago the discussion of the conclusion of this agreement began and he is very pleased that it found a response from the Kyrgyz side.
“The agreement will allow us to promptly cooperate with each other and cover the current events in a bilateral format in the most objective way. Mir ITRC has branches in 9 states. We also have agreements with the State Television and Radio Committees of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. The form of bilateral and multilateral relations is very important and allows us to make our main task the state policy,” Kazarezov emphasized.
