President Sadyr Zhaparov arrives in Kazan

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov arrived in Kazan (Republic of Tatarstan) on Wednesday.

The head of state's plane landed at the Tukay International Airport.

President Sadyr Zhaparov was met by Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan - Rustam Minnikhanov and other officials.

The flags of the BRICS member states were hung at the airport, a carpet was laid out, and a guard of honor was lined up. Girls in national costumes, greeting Sadyr Zhaparov, presented national treats.

As part of the visit, Sadyr Zhaparov will take part in the meeting of the heads of state of the XVI BRICS summit.
