New Houses Built in Sinphyong County of DPRK

Pyongyang, October 26 (KCNA) -- A praiseworthy entity of creating rural civilization in the new era has appeared at the Sonam Farm in Sinphyong County, North Hwanghae Province of the DPRK.
The low-and single-storied houses of various forms designed in line with the characteristic of the mountainous region are the agricultural workers' home of happiness.
Attending the ceremony for moving into new houses were Kim Sok Jun, secretary of the North Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials of the Party and power organs and agricultural workers in Sinphyong County.
Kim Son Il, chairman of the North Hwanghae Provincial People's Committee, made a congratulatory address.
The farmers who received licenses for using houses expressed their thanks to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is ushering in a fresh phase of the socialist rural development with his tireless guidance.
Amid the festive mood, officials visited the farmers' families to congratulate them upon moving into the new houses. -0-
