Qatar UN Permanent Representative Meets 79th UNGA President in New York

New York, December 05 (QNA) - HE Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations Sheikha Alya Ahmed bin Saif Al-Thani met in New York with HE President of the 79th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) Philemon Yang.
During the meeting, Her Excellency expressed Qatar's aspiration to welcome HE Yang to the Doha Forum 2024, set to take place from Dec. 7-8.
Meanwhile, HE Yang said he was looking for taking part in the forum, which he hailed as a key platform to strengthen international dialogue and cooperation on critical global challenges, including climate change, sustainable development, and conflict resolution. (QNA)
