Viettel introduces "Make in Vietnam" cybersecurity solutions to European market

Hanoi, March 7 (VNA) – Representatives of Viettel Group on March 6 announced that its subsidiary Viettel Cyber Security (VCS), is set to offer advanced solutions to customers in Europe.

These services include Viettel Threat Intelligence – a solution for assessing and updating cybersecurity intelligence, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing – which identifies and fixes security vulnerabilities before hackers exploit them, Viettel Compromise Assessment – which evaluates system intrusions, and Red Team – which simulates sophisticated cyberattacks to enhance enterprise defence capabilities.

These solutions aim to help European companies and organisations proactively protect their systems against evolving cyber threats, minimise data loss risks, and ensure business continuity.

The services supply is part of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on strategic cooperation that the VCS has signed with InnoSynthex, a leading France-based cybersecurity firm. This agreement is expected to leverage VCS's expertise in core cybersecurity technologies and InnoSynthex’s extensive European client network.

VCS experts have discovered zero-day vulnerabilities in major technology firms like Microsoft and Oracle. Meanwhile, InnoSynthex specialises in solutions that strictly comply with EU GDPR regulations and ISO 27001 standards.

Currently, the VCS provides cybersecurity services in 15 countries, including Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, and Laos./.
