N. Korea blasts S. Korea's 'insincerity' on Kaesong complex

SEOUL, July 10 (Yonhap) -- North Korea on Friday warned it will take firm action
on the Kaesong industrial complex unless South Korea takes a more sincere
approach to bilateral talks.

The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), quoting a official source, said that in
the last four rounds of working level talks, Seoul has maintained a stance that
is not conducive to progress on the complex located in North Korea.
"Unless the South changes its position, (the North) will take steps that have
already been stated," the KCNA said, citing the official.
The official added that the future of the complex will depend entirely on how the
South approaches the talks.
