Finance Ministry Undersecretary participates in 73rd GCC meeting of Finance Ministry Undersecretaries

Kuwait, May 7 (BNA): Yusuf Abdulla Alhumood, Undersecretary of Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Finance and National Economy, led Bahrain’s delegation at the 73rd meeting of Finance Ministry Undersecretaries from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, held in Kuwait.

The meeting discussed a range of strategic topics aimed at advancing economic integration and enhancing financial cooperation across the GCC. The agenda covered the outcomes of the recent meeting of central bank governors, developments in the work of the GCC Customs Union Authority, and progress in free trade negotiations between the GCC and international partners.

The meeting reviewed matters relating to the GCC common market.

Alhumood also led Bahrain’s delegation to the 13th meeting of Senior Officials of the Economic and Development Affairs Authority in GCC countries.
