HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister meets with the UK's Minister of State (Minister for Investment)

Manama, May 14 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met today with Baroness Gustafsson of Chesterton CBE, the United Kingdom's Minister of State (Minister for Investment), at Riffa Palace.

His Royal Highness highlighted the strength of the longstanding Bahrain-UK relationship, underpinned by a historic strategic partnership and multisectoral collaboration.

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad noted the Kingdom’s commitment to strengthening bilateral relations and advancing opportunities that serve shared aspirations.

His Royal Highness underscored the advanced levels of cooperation between Bahrain and the UK, stressing the importance of building on the partnership for the mutual benefit of both Kingdoms.

The meeting discussed issues of common interest, ways to broaden cooperation, as well as the latest regional and international developments.

His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Minister of Finance and National Economy, also attended the meeting.
