Ambassador to Egypt chairs meeting on implementation of Arab Summit decisions

Cairo, May 14 (BNA): Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Arab Republic of Egypt and Permanent Representative to the Arab League, chaired the meeting of the Follow-up Committee on the Implementation of Decisions and Commitments at the level of permanent representatives.

The meeting reviewed a report on the implementation of decisions and commitments issued by the 33rd Arab Summit.

The committee comprises at the level of permanent representatives, which includes the Kingdom of Bahrain as Chair of the 33rd Summit, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as Chair of the 32nd Summit, and the Republic of Iraq as Chair of the upcoming 34th Summit.

The meeting also included the participation of the Troika of the Arab League Council at the level of permanent representatives and senior officials, with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan serving as Chair of the 163rd session, the Republic of Yemen as Chair of the 162nd session, and the United Arab Emirates set to chair the upcoming 164th session.
