Al-Sudani And Al-Sisi Stress The Importance Of Strengthening Bilateral Cooperation And Maintaining Coordination And Consultation

Baghdad/NINA/-Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi stressed the importance of strengthening bilateral cooperation and maintaining coordination and consultation.
A statement from the Prime Minister's Media Office said: "Al-Sudani held a bilateral meeting with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, who headed his country's delegation to the 34th Arab Summit, held today, Saturday, in the capital, Baghdad. During the meeting, emphasis was placed on strengthening bilateral cooperation and maintaining coordination and consultation on various issues of common interest, to achieve the interests of the two brotherly countries and peoples, especially in light of Iraq's presidency of the Arab Summit."
According to the statement, al-Sudani stressed the need to strengthen the concept of joint action and formulate decisive solutions to Arab issues, foremost among which is the Palestinian issue, noting the importance of cooperation to advance the process of development, construction, and reconstruction.
For his part, the Egyptian President praised the organization of the summit in Baghdad and its outcomes aimed at strengthening cooperation, coordination, and joint Arab action, serving the development process and supporting efforts to achieve peace and stability. /End
