Youth Minister meets with Tajikistan Ambassador

Manama, May 20 (BNA): Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, held a remote meeting with Karimi Akram, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Kingdom of Bahrain, resident in Riyadh.
The Minister commended the strong bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Tajikistan. She noted the importance of enhancing cooperation in various sectors, particularly in youth affairs, through the exchange of expertise and youth experiences in both countries.
The meeting reviewed the objectives of the Hope Network, which aims to establish an international platform for promoting youth partnerships and exchanging impactful initiatives and experiences. The Minister extended an invitation to the Republic of Tajikistan to join the network and participate actively in its upcoming programmes and initiatives.
On his part, the ambassador commended the strong relations between the two countries and their ongoing development in various sectors, including youth affairs. He underscored Tajikistan’s keenness to continue expanding cooperation in line with shared objectives and aspirations.
