Bahrain Ambassador meets French Senate officials in Paris

Paris, May 22 (BNA): Essam Abdulaziz Al Jassim, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the French Republic, met with Gérard Larcher, President of the French Senate; Senator Olivier Cadic, Head of the France-GCC Parliamentary Friendship Group; and Senator Rémy Pointereau.

The meetings focused on strengthening bilateral relations and enhancing cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the French Republic across various sectors. Discussions also covered regional and international developments of mutual interest, as well as efforts to expand trade exchange in support of the shared interests of both countries.

The Ambassador highlighted promising investment and trade opportunities available in the Kingdom of Bahrain, noting Bahrain’s keenness to attract more French companies, particularly in strategic sectors such as technology and renewable energy.

He underlined the importance of establishing sustainable strategic partnerships that serve both countries and their peoples, and expressed Bahrain’s interest in further advancing bilateral cooperation.
