Foreign Ministry Undersecretary receives Honorary Consul of South Africa

Manama, May 22 (BNA): Ambassador Khaled Yousef Al Jalahma, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, received Mohamed Othman, Honorary Consul of the Republic of South Africa to the Kingdom of Bahrain, on the occasion of receiving his consular commission and commencing his duties.

The meeting was attended by Ambassador Talal Abdulsalam Al Ansari, Undersecretary for Consular and Administrative Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Ambassador Al Jalahma congratulated the Honorary Consul on his appointment and discussed means to enhance relations and cooperation between Bahrain and South Africa in line with the shared interests and aspirations of both countries and their peoples. He also wished him success in carrying out his consular duties.
