PM NAJIB LEAVES FOR EGYPT TO ATTEND NAM SUMMIT
SEPANG, July 14 (Bernama) -- Prime Minister Najib Razak Tuesday left for
Egypt to attend the 15th summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) in
the Red Sea resort city of Sharm El-Sheikh.
Najib, who was accompanied by his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, flew off in
an official aircraft at 10.20am.
The Malaysian delegation to the summit also includes Foreign Minister Anifah
Aman and Women, Family and Community Development Minister Senator Shahrizat
Abdul Jalil.
The summit, to be held at the Maritime Congress Centre Wednesday and on
Thursday, will be officially opened by Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.
