Islamic Affairs Ministry Concludes 4th Religious Course in Kenya
Nairobi, August 21, 2025, SPA -- The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by the religious attaché office at the Kingdom’s embassy in Kenya, concluded the fourth religious course on Wednesday in Nairobi, attended by Saudi Deputy Ambassador to Kenya Khalid Saeed Al Zahrani.
The five-day course brought together a select group of scholars and preachers, addressing diverse topics including the principles of Quranic exegesis, the values of moderation and balance, and the role of preachers in promoting coexistence and tolerance within communities.
In his speech on this occasion, the deputy ambassador emphasized that the Kingdom's leadership provides special care to serving Islam and Muslims around the world. He praised the significant efforts made by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs in disseminating correct Islamic knowledge and combating extremism and radicalism.
At the conclusion of the session, participants were honored, and certificates of appreciation were distributed, amid great acclaim for the Kingdom's efforts in supporting educational and dawah programs in Kenya and throughout the world.
Islamic figures in Kenya expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the Saudi wise leadership for its outstanding efforts in the service of Islam and Muslims worldwide.
