Output of Dairy Products Goes Up in North Phyongan Province

Pyongyang, August 22 (KCNA) -- North Phyongan Province in the DPRK is strengthening the foundation for producing dairy products.
The province organized the demonstrations for strengthening the foundation for producing dairy products in Thaechon and Sakju counties, thus increasing the enthusiasm of cities and counties for emulation.
The projects for renovating the rooms for producing dairy products were launched in cities, counties and the units with nurseries and kindergartens, and the number of goats is increasing.
Vacuum concentrators were newly installed at the bases for producing dairy products of tens of city and county goat farms and the rooms for producing dairy products of hundreds of units were remodeled.
Tens of thousands of goats were secured to lay a foundation for increasing milk powder production both in quality and quantity. -0-
