Interior Minister receives outgoing Kuwaiti Ambassador

Manama, Aug. 24 (BNA):  General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, received Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah, the outgoing Kuwaiti Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah commended the deep-rooted Bahrain-Kuwait ties and the mutual commitment to enhancing cooperation.  He also commended the level of coordination in security-related matters.

The Minister highlighted the ambassador’s efforts and contributions to strengthening bilateral relations across all domains, wishing him continued success.

The meeting also reviewed several topics aimed at further enhancing security cooperation and developing joint work.
