Meetings of Young Activists in Noble Traits Held in DPRK

Pyongyang, August 29 (KCNA) -- Meetings of young activists who distinguished themselves in displaying noble traits took place in South Phyongan, North and South Hwanghae, Jagang, North Hamgyong and Ryanggang provinces, Rason Municipality, the Cabinet, the Ministry of Culture and the High-Speed Youth Shock Brigade Management Bureau on the occasion of the significant Youth Day (August 28).
Present there were officials concerned, officials of the youth league, young activists in noble traits, youth and students of relevant regions and units.
Reports were made at the meetings to be followed by speeches.
Reporters and speakers said that the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un showed love and solicitude to hold the meetings of young activists in noble traits every year in order to widely introduce the positive deeds being displayed among young people.
They stressed that the noble virtues and traits of young people are a brilliant fruition of the wise leadership of the respected fatherly Marshal who regards it as the most important state affair and strategic line of the revolution to attach importance to the youth and brings up the young people to be heroes of the times and patriotic youths.
They expressed their resolve to demonstrate the precious name and honor of the socialist patriotic youth in the general advance for this year marking the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea, true to the leadership of the respected fatherly Marshal.
They called upon all the young people to fulfill their honorable mission and duty as the reliable advancing group and the wing of the Party in the vanguard of the struggle to greet the Ninth Congress of the WPK with high political enthusiasm and proud labor achievements, true to the ideology and leadership of the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un. -0-
