Kyrgyzstan launches new concrete plant in Tyup region

Bishkek, Sept. 3, 2025 /Kabar/. This year, Kyrgyzstan plans to launch 128 new facilities throughout the country. At the moment, the lion's share of them have already been launched. The reinforced concrete plant Global Beton LTD is among them.

Global Beton Executive Director Adilet Adentur uulu told Kabar Agency that the construction of this plant, which is located in the village of Ken-Suu, began last year in August.

“In winter, the work was temporarily suspended, and in the spring it was resumed again. As a result, in 5-6 months the work was finally completed, and the plant began its operations,” he said.

With the launch of the new industrial enterprise, local residents were provided with jobs. According to Adilet Adentur uulu, the number of local employees currently amounts to more than 20 people. The number of employees will increase soon.

More than 1 million US dollars were invested in the project. The equipment necessary for the operation of the enterprise was purchased for about 500 thousand dollars. Not long ago, the plant received a quality license for its products.

“The plant can grind 60 cubic meters of concrete and up to 130 tons of stone per hour. We will already begin accepting large orders. We are preparing to increase the variety of products manufactured according to demand. The plans include the production of sand blocks, curbs and other products. Our products meet international standards. There should be no questions about quality,” he said.

On the Independence Day of Kyrgyzstan, an online launch of the plant took place with the participation of President Sadyr Zhaparov.

Then Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev noted at the event that 67 enterprises were opened across the country on August 29. "The President instructed to launch 100 new facilities every year along with social facilities. This year, the Cabinet of Ministers planned to launch 134 enterprises. By Independence Day, 67 new industrial facilities were opened," he said.
