Foreign Minister receives ambassadors of France, UK and Germany

Manama, Sep. 2 (BNA): Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received Eric Giraud-Telme, Ambassador of the French Republic to the Kingdom of Bahrain; Alastair Long, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Bahrain; and Henning Georg Simon, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Bahrain.

They discussed the longstanding bilateral cooperation between Bahrain and their countries, focusing on means to enhance and expand relations in various domains to serve their shared interests and goals.

The meeting also included discussions on current regional developments and their impact on regional security and stability, as well as efforts to intensify regional and international initiatives aimed at ending conflicts, reducing tensions, and promoting lasting and just peace in the region for all its peoples.

The meeting was attended by Ambassador Khaled Yousef Al Jalahma, Undersecretary for Political Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
