HM King congratulates Islamic nation on Prophet Mohammed’s birth

Manama, Sep. 4 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa extended congratulations to the people of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Islamic nation on the anniversary of the birth of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH), highlighting the enduring values of mercy, compassion, and peace inherent in the Prophet’s life and teachings.

In a message on the occasion, HM the King noted that the Prophet’s message called for mercy for all, promoting brotherhood, harmony, and the rejection of division and conflict, while instilling morals and values of tolerance and peace.

HM King Hamad urged the people of Bahrain to draw guidance from the Prophet’s life as a shining example of honesty, sincerity, and service to others, and to apply these principles into their daily actions. HM the King emphasised that these values have long defined the Bahraini society, strengthening its cohesion and deepening awareness and loyalty among its people.

HM the King expressed pride in the Kingdom’s blessings, foremost among them security and stability, describing them as the foundation of development, the key to progress, and the nation’s strongest safeguard. HM the King commended the Bahraini people for their enduring loyalty and sense of belonging, which have preserved these blessings across generations.

HM the King stressed that the tragedies of ongoing regional conflicts and the loss of innocent lives, particularly among children, women and the elderly, underscore the importance of preserving national solidarity and rejecting division and conflict. His Majesty prayed for relief and protection for the people of Palestine and the Gaza Strip, and that Allah the Almighty would safeguard their lives and grant them peace after this hardship.

HM the King concluded by praying to Allah the Almighty to preserve the Kingdom’s unity, security, and prosperity, and to support its citizens in serving their faith, nation, and the wider community.
