Bishkek, Sept. 9, 2025. /Kabar/. First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Daniyar Amangeldiev today on the air of Birinchi Radio told how Kyrgyzstan intends to ensure a constant influx of tourists.
According to him, the construction of a new ski cluster was instructed. It will be the largest in Eurasia, maybe even in the world. This cluster involves over 230 km of ski slopes, corresponding infrastructure. This project is financed from the budget with the possibility of attracting funds from private investors.
"We have signed a contract with the leading Austrian company Doppelmayr, which is the most famous in the world for safety, quality and operational characteristics. A direct contract was signed with them, and the company has already started installation work. I think that all work will be completed on time. We are also building a couple of such ski resorts and have developed the concept of Baytik Mountain Resort, which is near Bishkek. I think that a powerful base will soon be created so that we can ensure a constant influx of tourists to Kyrgyzstan. The task is to ensure year-round tourism, and so that we can keep tourists busy regardless of the season," Amangeldiev said.
