Evening Gala of Youth and Students Held
Pyongyang, September 9 (KCNA) -- An evening gala of youth and students and a firework display took place at Kim Il Sung Square in Pyongyang on September 8 to celebrate the 77th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
Amid the playing of the song "Let's Love Our Country", the evening gala began.
With reverence for the peerlessly great men, the youth and students danced to the tune of the songs "O My Motherland Full of Hope" and "My Country Is So Nice".
The youth and students danced to the tune of the songs "Cheers of the People" and "Your Embrace Is the Best", paying the highest tribute to the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un who is ushering in a new era of the greatest and dignified power while making a new history of love for the country and people.
Fireworks were displayed in the sky of the venue of the evening gala where the enthusiasm and mettle of the successors to demonstrate the wisdom and courage of youth were vibrant.
The cheerful dances went on along with the display of fireworks decorating the celebration more conspicuously.
All the participants danced enthusiastically, singing in chorus songs reflecting the revolutionary spirit of the passionate youth.
The evening gala, which ended with the chorus of song "We Will Defend General Kim Jong Un with Our Lives", fully demonstrated the indomitable faith of the patriotic youths to give full play to their honor as vanguard and shock brigade in the grandiose struggle for the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea, true to the ideology and leadership of the great Party Central Committee. -0-
