National Bureau of Revenue CEO participates in 15th GCC Heads of Tax Departments meeting

Kuwait, Sep. 9 (BNA): Rana Ebrahim Faqihi, CEO of the National Bureau of Revenue, participated in the 15th meeting of the Committee of Heads and Directors of Tax Departments in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. The meeting was hosted by the State of Kuwait and attended by representatives from the member states.

The meeting was held as part of efforts to enhance coordination mechanisms among the GCC countries. Its aims included improving the efficiency of existing systems and establishing an advanced digital infrastructure to support economic integration. It also sought to develop common legislation and mechanisms, and to exchange best practices and experiences.
