Saudi-British Program Launched to Strengthen Governance in Nonprofit Organizations

Riyadh, September 9, 2025, SPA -- "The Saudi-British Governance Fellowship for NFP Organisations” was launched today in Riyadh with the participation of 35 nonprofit leaders as part of a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing governance efficiency and sustainability within the sector.
The fellowship is sponsored by the Prince Mutib bin Abdulaziz Foundation and implemented in partnership with Leaders Development Company and Bayes Business School in the United Kingdom. It offers an integrated learning and practical journey that combines Saudi and British expertise.
The program seeks to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of integrated governance at the leadership level, focusing on the roles and responsibilities of boards of directors in supervision and oversight. It aims to boost leadership skills by linking theoretical frameworks with practical applications, and to develop risk-management strategies that ensure long-term community impact.
The fellowship further enhances its educational activities through a digital support platform that provides additional learning resources and interactive tools, ensuring participants’ continued development and knowledge empowerment.
