NHRA CEO visits Amana Healthcare–Bahrain facility in Jasra

Manama, Sep. 14 (BNA): Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al Ansari, Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA), visited the Amana Healthcare–Bahrain in Jasra. He was accompanied by Dr. Mohammed Al Saati, the facility’s CEO.

Dr. Al Ansari reviewed the facility’s readiness to receive patients and highlighted its role in providing specialised long-term care and rehabilitation services. He underscored NHRA’s commitment to upholding the highest international standards of safety and quality in healthcare.

On his part, Dr. Al Saati said the facility will support Bahrain’s National Health Plan and Bahrain Economic Vision 2030 by expanding specialised services and advancing patient-centered care locally and regionally.

Amana Healthcare–Bahrain, established in partnership with Mumtalakat as part of M42, is the Kingdom’s first hospital dedicated to long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation. The facility houses more than 100 inpatient beds, offering advanced rehabilitation and long-term respiratory support in complement to public health services.
