Kyrgyzstan to host Aga Khan Architecture Award Ceremony

Bishkek, Sept. 15, 2025 /Kabar/. The ceremony of awarding the prestigious Aga Khan Architecture Award will be held in Kyrgyzstan for the first time.
According to the Ministry of Construction, the event is being held under the co-chairmanship of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Aga Khan Foundation and will bring together more than 150 official representatives, architects and scientists from around the world.
On September 14, the representatives of the Aga Khan Foundation arrived in Kyrgyzstan: Prince Rahim Aga Khan V, Prince Ali Muhammad Aga Khan, Prince Hussein Aga Khan and Princess Fareen Aga Khan.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Edil Baisalov met the honored guests at the Manas International Airport, including First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services Samat Dzhanteliev and Bakai Turdugulov.
