Foreign Minister, Industry Minister visit Expo 2025 Osaka

Osaka, Sep. 18 (BNA): As part of the official visit of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to Japan, and on the occasion of Expo 2025 Osaka and Bahrain’s National Day event held under his patronage, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce, and Ahmed Mohammed Al Doseri, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Japan, visited the pavilions of several countries participating in the Expo.
The tour included the pavilions of Oman, Qatar, Egypt, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and Italy.
The ministers were briefed on the exhibits, which showcased the historical, cultural, and civilisational heritage of the participating countries. They also listened to explanations from pavilion representatives on the symbolism and objectives of the displays.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed his pleasure in visiting the pavilions of several participating countries as part of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s visit to Expo 2025 Osaka, noting the commitment of nations to highlighting their rich cultural heritage in this important international event.
Dr. Al Zayani also commended the high standards of Expo 2025 Osaka, both in terms of its prominent location and the remarkable international participation, commending the excellent preparation and organisation. He further noted the efforts and facilities provided by the Government of Japan to ensure the event’s success, reflecting Japan’s progress and development across various sectors. He wished the organizers and participating countries continued success.
