Sec Gen of Council for International Dispute Resolution of Bahrain meets Indian Law Minister

New Delhi, Sep. 18 (BNA): Professor Marike Patrani Paulsson, Secretary General of The Council for International Dispute Resolution of the Kingdom of Bahrain, met Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Minister of Law and Justice of the Republic of India, to enhance legal and tax cooperation between the two countries.

The discussions focused on advancing shared priorities between the Kingdom of Bahrain and India, promoting investment, enhancing legal cooperation, and developing modern frameworks for international dispute resolution.

Both sides also explored means to support cross-border investment, expand legal links, and identify next steps for implementing advanced dispute resolution mechanisms to foster economic growth in both countries.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Anju Rathi Rana, Secretary of the Department of Legal Affairs at the Ministry of Law and Justice of India; Pinky Anand, former Additional Solicitor General; and Mehdi Jaafar, representative of the Embassy of Bahrain in India.
