Production of Plate Glass at Taean Friendship Glass Factory

Pyongyang, September 22 (KCNA) -- The Taean Friendship Glass Factory in the DPRK is increasing the production of plate glass, according to Rodong Sinmun.
The factory finished overhauling the melting furnace ahead of schedule and is striving to attain this year's production goal.
Technicians and workers of the factory have introduced rational technical innovation proposals to cut down the period of overhauling the melting furnace and save a lot of materials.
Meanwhile, the raw materials, hydrogen and nitrogen, electric automation and repair and maintenance workshops repaired equipment of production processes through their mass technological innovation movement.
The factory is producing tens of thousands of square meters of plate glass every day. -0-
