JLSI participates in 2nd International Judicial Training Conference in Riyadh

Riyadh, Sep. 22 (BNA): The Judicial and Legal Studies Institute (JLSI), represented by Dr. Riyadh Seyadi, Director of the JLSI, participated in the Second International Judicial Training Conference. The conference was held in Riyadh and organised by the Ministry of Justice of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the theme "Excellence in Judicial Training: Innovation in Tools and Methodologies".
The conference saw wide participation by international experts and specialists in judicial and legal training. Discussions focused on innovative methods to develop judicial training, enhance the efficiency of justice sector personnel, and the role of technology and digital transformation in advancing the judicial system.
As part of efforts to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise in judicial and legal training, the Institute also participated in the Joint Visits Program between the judicial and legal training centers and institutes in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, organised by the General Secretariat of the GCC.
Dr. Seyadi emphasised the importance of the conference in sharing global experiences, commending Saudi Arabia’s achievements in this field. He confirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain’s participation in the international conference and the GCC programme reflects Bahrain’s commitment to enhancing regional and international cooperation in judicial and legal training and exchanging expertise with GCC countries, contributing to advancing justice and developing judicial and legal capacities.
The programme included field visits to several judicial facilities in Saudi Arabia, including the Judicial Training Centre, the Commercial Court, the Operations Centre, and the Reconciliation Centre, in addition to an official meeting with a representative of the Saudi Ministry of Justice.
