Central Asian parliamentary forum kicks off in Bishkek

Bishkek, Sept 23, 2025. /Kabar/. The 3rd Inter-Parliamentary Forum of Central Asian States kicks off in Bishkek. The forum "Parliaments of Central Asian Countries: Effective Solutions for the Comprehensive Regional Development" is attended by the heads of parliament of Central Asian countries. The goal of the forum is to strengthen inter-parliamentary cooperation among Central Asian countries to achieve sustainable economic growth, regulate migration processes, and develop the digital environment.

The forum will discuss topics such as "Migration and Labor Flows: Legislative Support for Citizens' Rights and Economic Resilience," "Legislative Measures to Improve the Investment Climate and Increase Economic Transparency in Central Asian Countries," and "Parliaments and Digital Sovereignty: Cybersecurity and Legal Regulation of the Digital Environment."

Previous forums were held in the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2023 and the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2024.
