Foreign Minister meets Bosnian counterpart

New York, Sep. 23 (BNA): Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Elmedin Konaković, Foreign Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Nations in New York. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.

The meeting reviewed the cooperation between Bahrain and Bosnia and Herzegovina, highlighting ongoing development and mutual commitment to enhancing relations across various domains to serve shared interests. They also discussed regional and international issues of common concern.

The meeting was attended by Ambassador Jamal Faris Al Ruwaie, Permanent Representative of Bahrain to the UN in New York; Ambassador Khaled Yousef Al Jalahma, Undersecretary for Political Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and Ambassador Shaikh Abdullah bin Ali Al Khalifa, Director General of Bilateral Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
