HM King meets BDF Commander in Chief, senior officers

Manama, Sep. 24 (BNA):  His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, met at Safriya Palace with Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander in Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF).

His Highness Lieutenant General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander; Colonel His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Commander of the Royal Guard Special Operations; Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Chief of Staff of the BDF, and a number of senior BDF officers attended the meeting.

HM the King expressed appreciation for the dedication of all members of the BDF, commending their courage, loyalty, and commitment to their national duties.  HM the King underlined that the BDF personnel are held in the highest esteem and are a source of pride for Bahrain and its people.

HM the King extended thanks to the BDF for their efforts in safeguarding the Kingdom’s achievements and protecting its comprehensive progress, reiterating Bahrain’s keenness to further strengthen defence relations with other countries.

HM the King, the Supreme Commander, directed senior officers to convey his greetings and appreciation to all BDF officers, non-commissioned officers, and personnel across all fields of duty, wishing them continued success.
