Bishkek, Oct. 1, 2025. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz State Tax Service announces the launch of a pilot project to introduce fiscal software with data transfer capabilities in the hotel sector, Azat Almanbetov, Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service reports.
He noted that the specifics of the hotel business differ from those of the food service industry, and therefore the system is being implemented taking into account the specifics of each industry. As a reminder, the pilot project began on September 1, 2025, in the food service industry and will be implemented in stages:
from October 1, 2025 – in the hotel business;
from February 1, 2026 – at gas stations.
The pilot project will continue until July 31, 2026, and cover Bishkek, Jalal-Abad, and Osh. Taxpayers with their own accounting systems can voluntarily join the project, regardless of their industry.
To ensure stable operation and readiness for peak loads, a server capacity analysis was conducted. The audit concluded that current technical resources are sufficient, and no overloads are expected. The analysis showed that there are no grounds for technical problems.
Fiscal software is the taxpayers' internal accounting system used for tax and accounting purposes, as well as for automating business processes. The software integrates directly with the tax service's information systems, enabling the transfer of sales data and the generation of cash register receipts directly from the accounting system. This guarantees the accuracy and reliability of accounting data. To participate in the pilot project, entrepreneurs must contact the relevant territorial offices of the State Tax Service.
