ICD Provides $30 Million Financing Facility to Uganda Development Bank

   Jeddah, October 3, 2025, SPA -- The Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD), a member of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group, extended a financing facility of $30 million to the Uganda Development Bank Limited (UDBL) in Uganda.
   This strategic facility marks the ICD’s first line of financing transaction in Uganda and the broader East African region. It represents a significant milestone in the ICD's efforts to support private sector development across all member countries in Sub-Saharan Africa.
