Kyrgyzstan becomes member of International Union of Notaries

Bishkek, Oct. 6, 2025. /Kabar/. The Notary Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic officially joined the International Union of Notaries (IUCN), becoming the organization's 93rd member. The ceremony took place in Berlin during the XXXI International Congress of Notaries (October 2–4, 2025), the press service of the Justice Ministry reported.

Kyrgyzstan's membership in the IUCN strengthens the international authority of the national notary profession, ensures the recognition of notarial documents abroad, and creates additional guarantees for the protection of the rights of citizens and entrepreneurs. It also provides access to international experience and best practices, contributing to the modernization of the notarial system and increasing investor confidence.

Joining the Union reflects the professionalism of Kyrgyz notaries and is an important step in integrating the country into the global legal community, the report said.
